Action & adrenaline

Canyoning is a water sport which consists in the descent through tight gorges, with small waterways running through them, typically streams with good water flow. It is often confused with other water sports, but unlike those in canyoning the stream is followed on foot, without the help of rafts or canoes, using only sneakers, wetsuits, a helmet, and lots of desire to adventure.
